Easy Acai Breakfast Bowl
I’m just stopping by real quick this morning to share my favorite acai bowl recipe with you. Those of you who know me know I have a huge obsession with acai- I could literally have acai for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Oh well, sometimes I actually do..
3-4 frozen bananas
1 packet frozen acai purée
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1-2 pitted medjool dates
splash of water, coconut water, nut milk or fruit juice
Toppings: a sliced banana, strawberries, passionfruit and your favorite granola/breakfast blend
- Blend all ingredients well together in a food processor or blender.
- pour in a bowl, add on toppings, and serve immediately.
